Class Description: Children today at all ages now are constantly on the go and tuned in to technology. Yoga provides children with an opportunity to de-stress and just be a kid.
At Pink Lotus Yoga, our youth yoga classes are designed specifically for kids with creative movement and poses, educational games, breathing exercises, helpful props, and joyful music. We make it possible for kids to experience the benefits of yoga in a playful and non-competitive manner (no yoga experience necessary as all levels are welcome).
