Join BVECPTA anytime! To join, simply Download the 2007-2008 Membership Form and return it to the address on the form or bring it to the next general meeting. You're welcome to attend a meeting before joining. Come see what our group is all about!

The Membership Committee processes all of the member registration forms and maintain the membership roster. We plan events for new members and recognize a special member each month with our “M.O.M.” Award (Member Of the Month).

If you want to nominate a member who has gone above and beyond for our organization for a M.O.M. award, contact one of the chairs of our Membership Committee (see box on right).

When can I join?

Do I have to be a Bay Village resident to be a member?
No, residency is not a requirement for membership. Some non-residents join because their children go to school in Bay, they used to live in Bay, or they just have several friends in Bay.

Why are there membership dues?
Annual membership dues provide benefits such as a monthly newsletter, speakers for general meetings, and entertainment for children's parties. $3 from each membership is distributed to National and Ohio PTA organizations. All remaining funds and monies earned in fundraising projects are disbursed at the end of the year to various community organizations.
